    Taking twice a day for muscle/joint maintenance for 30 days- this takes months to see and feel results - meanwhile I have seen difference in skin condition and nails - like all collagen your never really sure if its working as you want it too - dissolves easily in hot liquid - little pricey - definitely need coupon - their collagen is recently out of stock!!!!!

    Really helps with my body aches from arthritis

    I've been taking this for some time now. It really helps with my body aches from arthritis. Because I had to stop drinking coffee, I've been adding it to hot water, coconut milk, honey, and cinnamon. I was worried I would be able to taste it, but I can't taste it at all.
