As a dietary supplement, assess tolerance by taking one capsule 30 minutes before bed. After tolerance is assessed, take one serving (2 capsules) 30 minutes before bed. Melt PM is best taken 5 nights a week with 2 nights off to avoid tolerance build-up. We recommend using Melt PM on nights where good sleep is especially important.
