How many grams of collagen are in a 3 capsule serving size of your multi collagen capsules? Is it the same amount as a 1 scoop serving size of your multi collagen powder? Are the capsules overly large?
If you will compare the supplements on each they sre basically the same....the capsule is not overly large and essy to swallow. I use the capsules if its not convenient for me to use the powder...ex: traveling, etc. Both products do contain hylauronic acid! Hope this is helpful. Great products and reasonably priced.
