I’ve been using these for 6 months now and my skin feels more elastic and healthier and I look younger. I’m turning 38 soon and you can’t see any wrinkles it’s great for skin but also hair and nails. My hair fell out after I had a baby last year in April from 3-6 months postpartum so I got these gummies and my hair has grown so fast and all the hair that fell out has been replaced. I don't see anywhere it says it is gluten free. So I don't know that it is.

I personally take the gummies as well as use the powder in my morning smoothies. I love the taste of the gummies! I have been told that there is a difference in my skin. I notice a difference in the texture of my skin. I would recommend the gummies.

As far as I know, the gummies are available. I purchased several bottles when they were in stock again.
