What can I mix Multi Collagen in?

Almost anything! We recommend adding the powder to a cup first, then pouring a liquid on top of it, or, to your favorite recipe. Then stir, mix, and enjoy! Some popular choices are coffee, tea, milk, protein powder shakes, pancake batter, or oatmeal. Our delicious flavors can be added to water. We do not recommend mixing the unflavored with water.

How many scoops of collagen should I take per day?

We recommend 1-2 servings daily of Multi Collagen. I say "daily" because it is uber important to be consistent and take it daily. In fact, we surveyed customers who returned the product because they didn't see results and 92% of them didn't realize it must be taken daily! Another popular method is to "front-load" collagen to saturate your body with collagen to see results a bit faster. For example, they will take 2-3 scoops for the first 7 days, then 1-2 scoops daily after that for collagen maintenance.

How quickly will I see results?

Joint pain relief usually comes within 2-3 weeks. The longer term skin, hair, nails, and skin elasticity results are best seen after using Multi Collagen consistently for 60 days.

Is your collagen tested for heavy metals?

Does your collagen clump up?

No way! For best mixability, we strongly recommend shaking the tub prior to each use. When you shake the tub, it will disperse the powder and reduce the density, which allows it to better dissolve upon impact. Also, when adding it to liquids there are two easy ways to make it mix best: 1) Pour it on top of the liquid slowly, wait 15-20 seconds for it to dissolve most of the way, then stir for another 15-20 seconds 2) Put the powder in the glass/cup/mug first, then add the liquid on top. Then wait 15-20s for it to dissolve most of the way, then stir for another 15-20s

How many grams of carbs are in your Multi Collagen?

There is zero grams of fat, carbs or sugar per serving in our Multi Collagen Protein. Just 7g of protein per scoop!

Is it true that more than two types of collagen means the formula is diluted?

This is a common question and it’s merely a hoax and marketing ploy created by companies who sell collagen protein that only has 2 types. To get a collagen protein with 5 types of collagen, you need to use multiple sources, and these multiple sources can get very expensive when it comes to manufacturing, which is why they stick to bovine peptides that contain just 2 types. For example, collagen peptides from eggshell are very hard to find and are very expensive to have in our product. We do it because they are an EXCELLENT source of type 2 collagen, which is incredible for joint health and is backed by many studies with humans. Other companies DON’T DO IT because it costs money. As for the question that it dilutes the formula, giving you less of the others, let’s use type 2 collagen again. Type 2 collagen in research has been shown to improve joint health with as little as 40mg of it per day. Bovine collagen containing types 1 & 3 collagen requires just 5g daily to be beneficial according to research. Our 7.8g blend has you covered. So moral of the story: we use 5 types because it works better and it’s scientifically more rounded. Even though it costs more, we believe in having a truly amazing product and we know we’ve done that given the feedback on our collagen. I’m allergic to shellfish - can I take this product?

The source of the hydrolyzed marine collagen peptides in our Multi Collagen is wild-caught red snapper and Atlantic cod. While it is not shellfish, we always recommend that with any serious allergies, you proceed with caution since our products are manufactured in a facility that contains shellfish.

Will this cause me to gain weight?

Any weight gain is most definitely not due to the collagen as it only has 30 calories per scoop. It is almost physiologically impossible for it to cause weight gain.
