Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship all orders, if in stock, within 1-2 business days. Most domestic shipments will take 3-5 business days for delivery.

All domestic orders are shipping from within the USA.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with updates on your order, including tracking information, from hello@vitauthority.com.

If you have a larger order, this can take approximately, 2-7 business days depending on your delivery address/location.

Once an item is scanned and updated as DELIVERED within the United States (USA) or military base, it is considered delivered and we are not going to consider it for a free reshipment.

International Shipping Policy

We ship all orders, if in stock, within 1-2 business days. Most international shipments will take 5-10 business days for delivery.

Important International Restrictions

Each and every country has different laws and therefore different regulations about the merchandise that you purchase. Before you place your order, please make sure that your local customs laws are in accordance with your purchase, especially as customs are strict with dietary supplements. It is your responsibility for what is and what isn’t legal in your country.

We always ship discreetly to maximize your privacy. We cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or packing fees asserted by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping fees and your responsibility.

Vitauthority will not ship any product(s) to any country that may require any type of license and we will not be held liable for any issues at your local post office or not delivered back to us. No refunds will be given for any product seized at your local customs office or not delivered back to us. By ordering from Vitauthority, you are stating that you agree to our shipping policy and terms of condition.

Shipping Information – Important Notice

Please make sure to provide your full shipping address and information. We also request that you put your correct phone number, as USPS, UPS, FedEx or Vitauthority may need to contact you in regards to your order.

Subscribe & Save

In order to prevent customers from subscribing for a discount and then immediately canceling their subscription, all orders placed through subscribe & save agree to have at least one shipment delivered after their initial purchase.

An example of this would be your initial purchase took place on March 1st, and your subscription calls for a 4 week re-order interval. Your order that delivers on April 1st cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so, after the first subscription delivery by emailing hello@vitauthority.com.

The customer agrees to have the same product, or bundle, delivered as well. If you wish to make edits to your subscription, you may do so AFTER the first subscription delivery takes place. This is to prevent customers from initially purchasing a discounted bundle and “stacking savings” then to just chsange their subscription to a cheaper option.

Due to the discount on the subscription reorder, this first subscription re-order/delivery is non-refundable.
