Probably a TMI post, but honestly, real review!
So as long as I can remember I have never been regular, more like once every 3-5 days. Even when I am eating clean, drinking lots of water, and doing everything right. Never realized it was an issue until recent years, and doing research, and learned how bad it actually is. So when Fiber Fix came out, I figured why not give it a try, can't hurt.
Well IT WORKS, or it has to be because I haven't changed anything else! Been taking Fiber Fix everyday for the last 8 days, and been going regularly, and normal everyday since starting it! Safe to say, I think it will be something I continue with!

I have always hated swallowing pills taste of nasty supplements but this is amazing truly tastes like apple it’s crazy I do feel just a difference when I intake it I feel less bloated and comfortable in my every day activity.

I absolutely love this product within the few days of start taking it. I felt a boost in my metabolism and I did have an active bowel movement but it wasn’t too harsh on your body. It’s just a regular, which makes it easy to take it consistently.
