Recipe Ingredients

  • 12 King's Hawaiian Rolls, split
  • 2–3 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ scoop Vitauthority Chicken & Herb Bone Broth Collagen
  • 3 celery stalks, finely diced
  • 2–3 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional Garnish

  • Additional chives
  • Lemon zest
  • Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Cook lobster tails according to package directions and allow to cool slightly.

Step 2

Remove the meat and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Bone Broth Collagen until smooth.

Step 4

Fold in lobster, celery, and chives.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6

Split the King's Hawaiian rolls and fill each with the lobster mixture.

Step 7
