Recipe Ingredients
- 12 King's Hawaiian Rolls, split
- 2–3 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ scoop Vitauthority Chicken & Herb Bone Broth Collagen
- 3 celery stalks, finely diced
- 2–3 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional Garnish
- Additional chives
- Lemon zest
- Lemon wedges
Directions
Step 1
Cook lobster tails according to package directions and allow to cool slightly.
Step 2
Remove the meat and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Bone Broth Collagen until smooth.
Step 4
Fold in lobster, celery, and chives.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Split the King's Hawaiian rolls and fill each with the lobster mixture.
Step 7
Garnish with additional chives and lemon zest, if desired, and serve immediately.
