Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vitauthority Multi Collagen Protein + Creatine (unflavored)
  • 3 strawberries, sliced

Stovetop Granola:

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp pepitas
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp almonds
  • 1 tsp pecans

Directions

Step 1

Melt butter, honey, and maple syrup in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Stir in oats, coconut, seeds, and nuts.

Step 3

Press lightly in pan, then let cool slightly for clusters.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix collagen into yogurt until smooth.

Step 5

Layer yogurt, warm granola, and strawberries.

Step 6

Serve immediately.
