- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 scoop Vitauthority Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon Swirl
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Vanilla Glaze
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp milk
- Tiny splash of vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1
Spray a large microwave-safe mug or ramekin with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Add the milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract and stir until smooth. The batter should be thick but scoopable.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon for the swirl.
