We ship orders within the 50 United States via USPS or UPS. Depending on product availability, orders shipped usually arrive within 2 to 6 business days. An accurate shipping address is required and a phone number is optional. We are not responsible for late shipments/missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the Website, please contact hello@vitauthority.com immediately. You must contact us as soon as possible in order to modify or cancel your pending order. However, we frequently ship the same day that you order, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions. If an order has been shipped and a customer notices the wrong address, Vitauthority is not responsible for redirecting the shipment to the correct address or bearing the cost with changing an address mid-transit. Vitauthority will not reship or refund orders that have been delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer or have been returned to sender.
