    At Vitauthority, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


    Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    • Standard U.S. Domestic Shipping: $7.95 USD for orders under $75
    • FREE U.S. Domestic Shipping: Orders over $75
    • Hawaii & Alaska Shipping: $18.27 USD flat rate
    • U.S. Territories & Canada Shipping: $15 USD flat rate (excludes taxes, duties, or fees)
    • FedEx 2-Day Shipping Upgrade (U.S. Domestic): $13.95 USD
    • Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping): 3-5 business days

    Shipping to Canada

    We currently ship to Canada via FedEx.
    • Shipping costs for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout.
    • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and carrier delays.
    • No PO Boxes - A physical address must be provided at checkout

    Shipping Address Accuracy

    • An accurate shipping address is required at checkout. While a phone number is optional, providing one can assist with delivery issues.
    • Most orders ship within two business days of purchase. Transit times typically range from 2-5 days, with deliveries occurring 7 days a week.
    • If your order has not shipped after three business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
    • We ship orders precisely as entered at checkout. Vitauthority is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
    • If you realize you made a mistake with your shipping address after placing your order, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@vitauthority.com.
    • We will do our best to update your order, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been submitted, mainly if it has already been processed for shipping.
    • PO Boxes: We cannot guarantee delivery to PO boxes. To avoid delays or lost shipments, please use a physical address.
    • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a carrier confirms delivery, Vitauthority is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier and report it to local authorities.

    Age Verification Requirement for New York Shipments

    • Effective April 22, 2024, New York State requires that certain muscle-building and weight-loss supplements be shipped with age verification (18+) upon delivery

    Subscription Order Shipping

    • Free Home Delivery for subscription orders $75 or more (after discounts and rewards points).
    • Subscription order changes (flavor swaps, cancellations, etc.) must be made at least three (3) business days before the next processing date.

    Package Protection

    • We offer optional package protection at checkout for added peace of mind. If opted out, Vitauthority is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our facility.

    International Shipping

      • We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

    Manage Deliveries

    Due to our automated fulfillment system, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.


    Orders Shipped to Incorrect Addresses

    If an order has already shipped and an incorrect address was provided:
    • Vitauthority is not responsible for rerouting or covering costs associated with address changes after shipment.
    • We cannot reship or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address or returned to the sender due to an inaccurate or incomplete address.

    Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your package is delayed or missing:
    1. Check the tracking information provided in your email.
    2. If the tracking status shows delivered, but you have not received your package:
      • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
      • Check with neighbors or household members who may have received it.
      • Contact your carrier or FedEx (for Canadian orders) for assistance.
    3. If the package is still missing after checking with the carrier, please email hello@vitauthority.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

    Modifying or Cancelling an Order

    We process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order:
    • Contact us as soon as possible at hello@vitauthority.com.
    • While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be made once the order has been processed.
