Returns & Refund Policy
At Vitauthority, we stand behind our products and want you to love them! If unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee—no returns required.
- If you are unsatisfied with your product or if it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@vitauthority.com within 60 days of your order date for a full refund minus a $10 fee.
- We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more. For refunds, the amount will be the full purchase price minus the shipping cost.
- If your item arrives damaged, photographic evidence of the damaged product must be provided before disposing of the broken contents to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds using alternate payment methods.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the carrier receives the package, even if the package is returned or undeliverable.
- We do not accept physical returns or exchanges.
Additional Notes:
- Orders marked as "Return to Sender" cannot be refunded.
- To prevent policy abuse, Vitauthority reserves the right to deny refunds to customers who have previously received a refund under this policy.
- The right to a future refund is waived if an exchange is approved (at Vitauthority’s discretion).
- If an order is modified before shipment (e.g., a flavor change), the adjusted item is not eligible for a refund.
