Directions

As a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules once daily with a glass of water. For best results, take all 3 capsules in the morning before food. Repeat the process daily. To ensure optimal probiotic conditions, SBO PROBIOTICS + GREENS should be stored at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat.

    Love this

    I’ve only been taking this for about a month now but I can noticeably tell a difference, less bloating, regular bowel movements , actually I just ordered another bottle yesterday
