She has a unique career path working with very ill patients in acute and long-term care facilities, then nutrition counseling at a weight management facility. Jess found her passion empowering women and men to make lifestyle changes, sparking her interest in starting her practice.
With her strong clinical experience, she works with clients to improve their overall lifestyle, manage weight, and most importantly prevent disease and illnesses.
